Networking
Operating Systems
Check Point’s leading products
Professional tools and methodologies
Your Impact & Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers by phone, email, and web chat.
Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to Check Point products and solutions.
Work closely with customers to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product success.
Your Knowledge & Skills
Technical orientation, no experience is required! We will teach you everything you need.
Very good English skills (Spoken and written).
Service orientation.
The training will take place at the company’s office and salary will be paid during the training period.
Ability to participate in a course starting on 05.06.23
