Nayax is looking for a NOC Technical Support to join the NOC Team.

The NOC Technical Support will report to NOC Team Leader.
IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:
Respond to events and various technical problems in real-time.
Provide technical issue resolution with worldwide customers via emails and calls.
Monitor and liaise activities of the production environment, network and business transaction reports.
Diagnose the cause of problems in a complex environment to provide effective solutions quickly.
Configure and build monitoring systems and reports.
Document troubleshooting and problem-resolution steps.
Work with clients, account managers, technical and support representatives to resolve application problems.
24/7 shifts position.
Commitment is required for a minimum of 2-3 shifts a week.
Requirements:
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Availability to work on weekends/nights/holidays.
ADVANTAGES:
Experience as a NOC operator/ help-desk technician / technical support.
Any of the following areas of expertise: Monitoring, Windows/UNIX Administration.
