NOC is the company’s primary respondent to both technical and business problems encountered by end users of the company’s platform. The candidate will understand the deployment, configuration, and maintain the company’s solutions and will provide customers with support via telephone, e-mail, WhatsApp, Telegram, and teleconference. The candidate will also interface regularly with other departments such as R&D, Customer Facing and Sales, located abroad. As part of your duties you will also be doing Manual QA when there are no customer enquiries.

We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual with great communication skills to join our support team in Israel.
The ideal candidate will be a sophomore, junior, or senior currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree Program with a concentration in Computer Science.
English speaker with excellent written and Perfect verbal skills- a must.
We are looking for an individual that can be available 20-25 hours per week. Three night shifts (23 pm – 7 am) including weekends. Training will take place during the day.
Skills and Responsibilities:
Maintain, operate, and act upon central monitoring systems while watching multiple environments and technologies.
Configure and maintain multiple server platforms as required.
Familiarity with Advanced Network Environments such as Windows/Linux, and hosting facility (Cloud).
Log analysis
General problem-solving and complex system analysis.
